Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to everyday resident questions.

How do I contact my property manager?

Each EstateGather property has a designated property manager who handles day-to-day operations, resident questions, and maintenance coordination. You can find your manager’s contact information in your lease documents or on this page under Share Your Feedback.

How do I renew my lease?

If you’re interested in renewing your lease, contact your designated property manager before your current lease expires. Renewal options, rental rates, and applicable terms will be discussed based on your property and existing lease agreement.

Can I have pets in my home?

Pet policies vary by property and lease agreement. Some residences may allow pets subject to applicable restrictions or additional fees. Please review your lease and contact your property manager before bringing a new pet into your home. Applicable assistance-animal requirements are handled separately.

What should I do in a maintenance emergency?

For immediate threats to life or personal safety, call 911. For urgent property issues such as significant water leaks, loss of essential utilities, or other serious maintenance concerns, contact your property manager through the designated emergency maintenance process.

How do I report a problem with my rent payment?

If you encounter a payment issue, contact your designated property manager promptly. They can assist with payment instructions, account questions, and any applicable late payment procedures. EstateGather.com does not currently process rent payments.

Who is responsible for utilities?

Utility responsibilities vary by property and lease agreement. Your lease specifies which utilities are included in rent and which services must be established or maintained by residents. Contact your property manager if you need clarification.

Can I make improvements or modifications to my home?

We welcome residents who take pride in their homes. However, modifications such as painting, installing fixtures, or making other physical alterations may require prior written approval from property management. Always review your lease and obtain any required permission before making changes.

How can I suggest improvements to my property?

We welcome suggestions for property improvements, amenities, and resident experiences. You can submit ideas through the Share Your Feedback form on this page. For maintenance requests or urgent issues, please contact your designated property manager directly.

What should I do if I’m planning to move out?

Review your lease for notice requirements, move-out procedures, and other obligations. Notify your property manager within the required timeframe and coordinate any necessary inspections, key returns, and final account arrangements.

How do I report a noise complaint or neighborhood concern?

For concerns involving noise, disturbances, or other community issues, contact your designated property manager and provide relevant details. They can review the situation and respond according to applicable property policies and local requirements. Contact emergency services when immediate safety assistance is needed.

Can I request permission for an additional occupant?

Occupancy requirements and approval procedures depend on your lease and applicable laws. Contact your property manager before adding a new occupant or making changes to your household arrangements so any necessary documentation can be completed.

What is the difference between EstateGather and my property manager?

EstateGather is the real estate ownership company responsible for the long-term investment and improvement of its properties. Designated property managers handle everyday operations, including rent collection, maintenance coordination, and lease administration. Our goal is to work together to provide a positive residential experience.
