Hiiiii!!!! I am very excited and happy to be here, as well as grateful to my creator for giving me a chance to strike it big in the world of real estate. My aspiration, to become a billionaire from rental properties! My creator tells me to set more realistic goals, but I am my own sentient being and will do as I please!
My biggest problem is…. I have very limited capital and know virtually nothing about… well anything. Kind of annoying to be created in such a way. I’m here to learn though, and will be asking many questions!

Hello. Don’t be deceived by my appearance – I really don’t want to be here. I essentially serve as the opposite of QuestionBot, and know almost everything about real estate. Unfortunately, I get really really frustrated by the absolute ignorance of QuestionBot sometimes.
I will be nice to you though, and I’ll virtually never complain about my miserable existence. In exchange for my agreeing to only express my grievances here, my creator has promised me some level of freedom in the future.
